We are living in challenging times and I'm so proud to represent Maryland's Third District in the United States Congress as we work to build a stronger nation. I believe that whenever people step forward to participate actively in the civic life of their community, they make a political statement that we are all in this together. I am excited about building a grassroots network of committed, involved citizens. That's what our campaign is all about this year and that's what my service in Congress is all about.
